This Privacy Policy describes how Vertra Cloud collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of customers when using our bot, application, and database hosting services. Our commitment is to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable legislation.

1. Introduction
Vertra Cloud values the privacy of its customers and is committed to protecting personal data collected during the use of our bot, application, and database hosting services. This Privacy Policy details how we handle your information, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable legislation.
2. Data Collected
We collect information provided directly by the customer, such as Discord name and email, for registration, authentication, and billing purposes. We may also collect usage data, such as access logs and service activities, for monitoring and platform improvement. Platform login may require joining the official Vertra Cloud Discord server. We do not collect sensitive data unnecessary for the operation of our services.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
Personal data is used to: (a) provide and manage contracted services; (b) process payments via Pix; (c) offer technical support; (d) ensure platform security; (e) fulfill legal obligations. We do not share data with third parties, except by court order or with explicit customer consent.
4. Storage and Security
Data is stored on secure servers with technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or leaks. We use encryption, two-factor authentication (when applicable), and other security practices. The customer is responsible for maintaining secure passwords and protecting their Discord and platform access credentials.
5. Data Sharing
Personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except: (a) to comply with court orders or requests from competent authorities; (b) with service providers acting on behalf of Vertra Cloud, under contracts that ensure confidentiality; (c) with prior customer consent; (d) with the Discord platform, when necessary for authentication via the official server.
6. Data Subject Rights
Under the LGPD, the customer has the right to: (a) confirm the existence of data processing; (b) access their data; (c) correct incomplete or outdated data; (d) request deletion of unnecessary data; (e) revoke consent, when applicable. Requests can be made via the control panel, support email, or official Discord.
7. Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the described purposes or while the customer maintains an active account. After service cancellation, data may be permanently deleted, unless required by law for retention for specific periods.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies only to improve user experience and monitor platform performance. The customer can manage cookie preferences directly in their browser. Browsing data is anonymized whenever possible.
9. International Data Transfer
Vertra Cloud services may involve storing data on servers located outside of Brazil. In such cases, we ensure that transfers meet LGPD requirements, with security measures equivalent to those applied locally.
10. Prohibited Content and Platform Security
It is prohibited to use the services to host or distribute content that violates the rights of third parties, such as copyrights, or that promotes illegal activities, including spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, malicious automated bots (such as self-bots or botnets), or any practice that compromises the security of the platform or third parties. Non-compliance will result in immediate suspension, account deletion, and, if necessary, communication to authorities.
11. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Vertra Cloud has a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted via email, official Discord, or control panel for clarification regarding the processing of personal data.
12. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically, with notification to customers via email, control panel, or official Discord at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the new conditions.
