Hardware

Data center hardware, always on.

Your apps and databases run on Intel Xeon processors at up to 3.3 GHz, on hardware made to stay on all day, every day.

Intel Xeon at up to 3.3 GHz

Server processors with a turbo clock of up to 3.3 GHz. Every app and every database runs in its own container, with a set CPU ceiling.

Up to 16 vCPU per app

Each app's vCPU ceiling grows with the plan: from 1 vCPU on Starter 1 to 16 vCPU on Enterprise.

Builds in a separate environment

The build runs in an isolated environment, never competing for resources with the version of the app that is live.

Data center

A Tier III data center, with audited security.

Vertra runs in a data center in the New York area, with security and compliance certifications recognized across the industry.

Tier III

Redundant power and cooling, with maintenance done without shutting the servers down.

ISO 27001

The international standard for information security management: mapped risks, defined controls and continuous review.

SOC 2 Type II

An independent audit that checks, over a period of time, whether the operation's security controls work in practice.

Your data

Backups and encryption with nothing to set up.

What protects your data is on by default, on every plan.

See plans

Daily backups

Every day, automatically, on every plan, kept for 30 days. They do not count toward the manual backup limit.

Manual backups

A snapshot on demand, before a risky change: from 8 per day on Starter 1 to 200 per day on Enterprise. Restore or download them as a ZIP from the dashboard.

Automatic TLS

A TLS certificate issued and renewed on its own for *.vertraweb.app and for your domains.

A snapshot before deleting

When you delete an application, the platform takes a safety snapshot first, so one wrong click does not take everything with it.

FAQ

Questions about the infrastructure

Where is Vertra Cloud's infrastructure?

In a Tier III data center in the New York area, in the United States (the nyc1 region). That is where your apps and databases answer Brazil and the rest of the world from.

Is Vertra Cloud's infrastructure in Brazil?

No. The servers are in the New York area, in the United States.

Which processors do my apps and databases run on?

On Intel Xeon server processors, with a turbo clock of up to 3.3 GHz.

How does Vertra Cloud protect my apps from attacks?

With layered DDoS protection: always-on mitigation at the network, a request limit per visitor IP at the edge, and Vertra Shield, which covers apps and databases. None of it needs setup.

What happens during a power outage?

The data center is Tier III: power and cooling are redundant, and maintenance is done without shutting the servers down. On top of that, your data has a daily backup, kept for 30 days.

Where can I check the infrastructure status?

On the public status page, at status.vertracloud.app, with the availability of each service and any ongoing incidents.
